      I didn’t think I would like the shampoo as much as I do, but it works great for my hair whether it’s super dirty or not, and never leaves me stripped, and the smallest actually quite luxurious. Feels like a very high-end expensive product.

      Quality products, effective, easy

      I’ve used the shampoo, scalp tonic, leave in conditioner, and the conditioner compound. I really enjoyed the Intensive Conditioning Compound. It was thick but easy to apply, had enough slip to detangle my hair with, and left it feeling super soft.

      I don’t use them often, but I’m very satisfied. The products were very good, I felt like they responded well to my hair. I have only used it once so far but plan to continue using it for wash days this month to see if it helps address my hair concerns.

      Something made for me!

      I’ll describe the brand as customized, quality, and silky.

      I used the Micro Cleanse oil, Nutrient Cleanse Complex, Nutrient Conditioner, and Hair Tonic. My favorites are the hair tonic, nutrient cleanse complex, and nutrient conditioner.

      The products were self-explanatory and worked great on my hair. Happy with my decision to try something made for me!

      I really love the shampoo and leave-in conditioner.

      I really love the shampoo and leave-in conditioner. I typically don't get enough moisture from leave-in conditioners for my hair, but yours works really well! I was pleasantly surprised. I also loved the conditioner; it had so much slip, and my hair felt incredibly smooth after rinsing.

      I would say that in terms of packaging, it looks like a lot of extra plastic is being used, from the pouch to the bottles. In my personal opinion, for someone starting their hair journey, it may seem overwhelming trying to figure out what product goes in which bottle, for example. I also wish the lettering on the gray rubber bands that signify what each product is would be brighter, like orange, for example; it was a little hard to read.

      It also might be nice to have a little sticker that has instructions at the bottom of each bottle! Overall, I really like the concept and mission of OurX. You all are doing a great job. I hope this feedback is helpful :)
